service is provided for non-commercial use only. You cannot post
messages which advertise, solicit, sell or promote goods or
services. You may not
modify, copy, distribute, reproduce, publish, create derived
works from or sell any content posted herein. Content posted on
AsherMeadow Newsboard may not be
false or misleading, inflammatory, or misrepresentative. All
content posted to AsherMeadow Newsboard becomes the intellectual
property of AsherMeadow. It is a violation of the Terms of
Use and Copyright Laws to use the information on the AsherMeadow
Newsboard for any purpose other than how it is intended. Providing your name
and/or e-mail address for
display with messages is optional, however, for security
purposes, AsherMeadow may capture and store unique information
from you when posting messages to the Newsboard in order to
identify anyone abusing this service. This information may be
used to restrict access to the Newsboard for anyone abusing the
service or violating these Terms of Use. AsherMeadow has no
obligation to monitor the Newsboard, however, we reserve the
right to review materials posted and to remove any materials at
our sole discretion. Additionally, AsherMeadow reserves the
right to terminate your access to the Newsboard at any time,
